Semi-Secret FLUX. Project The Big Reveal.

I don’t want to have any secrets between us.

Find out what I’ve been working on the past few months..

————————

I will be curating the first ever FLUX. show, “Offline” at Voltage Coffee & Art in Kendall Square this Fall!

(Flyer thanks to the incomparable Jessica Sutton of JSGD)

Because I run a website that primarily focuses on promoting The Arts in Boston, Anna Schindelar(curator extraordinaire at Voltage) and I decided that it was time to have an offline exhibition showcasing the work of some of my favorite local artists! This will be a group show of primarily emerging and early career artists working in a variety of mediums.  I will be posting a formal list of participating artists ASAP.

The exhibition will be on view September 9th-October 14th, 2011

And what’s an exhibit without a party?

As the above flyer suggests, there will be an Opening Reception Friday September 9th, 2011 from 7:00-10:00PM with beer/wine/grub/chunes/delightful conversation.

Add it to the Google calendar.  It would be great to see all your lovely faces and as the exhibit name suggests, connect offline.

I have already seen a few pieces that artists have been working on and I am so psyched(for lack of a better word) to share them with you!

If you are too hungover to deal with this post/calendar/etc. Don’t worry, I will be shamelessly plugging the show over the next month or so.

I’m allowed to.
